Joan has been in the bookkeeping field since 2019. She specializes in a variety of solutions including tax preparation, payroll, and monthly bookkeeping. She uses her experiences as a billing and administrative support person for a tax accountant office, and construction administration/training division experience to achiever her clients goals. For fun you will find the sisters together on any Pickleball court. Their paddles are with them for a burst of fun anywhere! FUN FACT STORY: Joan Embracing the Power of Change The summer the twins turned 15 yrs, she broke her right arm diving off a public swimming dock at a local lake. (no, Jane did not feel her pain when it happened, she was off adventuring somewhere else with another friend). During her eight weeks of healing over the summer she stayed focused practicing everyday using her left-hand shooting hoops, dribbling and becoming skilled in their back yard for the exciting season ahead. Finally the cast came off just before school started and when basketball season rolls in it's now the first day of practice. Their coach recognized Joan was easily moving to her left making layups and shooting shots left-handed from within the paint too which he had not seen in her freshman season. Knowing she was righted handed and curious, He took her aside and asked "What did you do over the summer?" Hummmmmm she replys, unable to think of anything she did over the summer (being put on the spot). She then quickly remembered, "well I broke my right arm does that count?" From that moment our coach recognized her as the team's athletic leader. He then speaks up with his deep coaching voice in the open gym and says, "ok listen up, from now on EVERYONE will shoot left handed when doing left sided layups. No more useing your right hand on the left side - ok let's go!" Forever more the high school team became proficient using both hands for dribbling, passing and doing layups. Joan and Jane went on to participate in 4 years of tournaments with the state and runnerup championships. The Hermon Hawks high school girls were the first to initiate the NEW ball handling practice to become undeniable winners in the sport.

Jane's entrepreneurship in 40 years of administrative expertise in the catering & event services, sales & marketing, wholesale/retail of her fiber necklace business, residential and rural construction offers her the the experience necessary to achieve her clients goals. FUN FACT STORY: Jane - Making It Happen In the 90's Jane purchased a balloon and special event company with her husband and moved her young family to Philadelphia, PA. As a competitive professional balloon artist, the focus was creativity, thinking outside the box and finding solutions to the ever so challenging hurdles of all the moving parts of the event business model. Writing proposals, meeting deadlines, managing time restrictions for set-up with the execution of tear-down timelines, all while trying to balance and support her family were always the logistical challenges she had to meet daily! She met with the new year's eve event manager of one of the largest elegant hotels with magnificent 150’ tall glass atriums ceiling. She proposed a very cool helium-filled, multi-stranded, complex design what would and could span the entire atrium making an amazing look for the prestigious celebration. Like nothing they had ever been proposed before. His concern and willingness to agree to the job was all about "What if the strands get cut at the celebration and end up in the atrium ceiling 150' up? We cannot accept your proposal for this reason. Thinking on her feet, with all the confidence and know-how of tricks of the professional balloon sculpture trade. At the in-person meeting, she quickly told him "I guarantee i can get all the balloons down following your event and you will never know there was a party. If, I don't, you will not have to pay me!" She got the job! It was beautiful, and most of all rewarding that her determination, some cleaver thinking and a whole lot of gumption does get things done!
